Conceptual approach and architecture for a New Conference-Culture. Check it out - it is a one-page PDF. Instead of talking-centred meetings of conference-tourists, this approach amplifies inspiration, participation, contribution, cooperation and follow-up action effects, inclusing outreach to schools, lots of schools. Such conferences actually are practical training sessions in positive change-making (open space technology approach (http://open-forum.de), online-campaigns, -petitions, playing the media and creating new change-focussed media formats applicable with schools and young people). This particular example was drafted for http://waterandyouth.org (Buenos Aires, Argentina, April2007). Limited time did not allow for the full application, but for the creation of a positive news special edition Theme Board on WATER (featuring issues, portraits,
good practices, crisises, lifestyle tipps, education projects and contacts) to be co-created with 300 NGOs and 450 participants and then sent to all for application in their home communities.
